Day 8

This vegan gluten free lark is definitely easier to manage on a work day when you're run off your feet with a fridge full of Tupperwares containing vegan delicacies and no time to mope about the lack of milky tea and the scone withdrawal symptoms. 

Tea tonight:
My variation on a spicy sesame noodle recipe from the PETA website. I used gluten free fuku bean (mung bean) noodles, aka cellophane noodles. I quite like their glassy look and bouncy texture, and the sauce is yummy too with sesame oil, tamari, toasted sesame seeds, cashew nut butter, ginger, garlic and chilli.
