Day 2

Don't forget Kate, we also snacked on cashew nut and carrot dip with hidden nutritional yeast!  What's not to like?  Vitamin B get in!!

Must add that I am missing my morning cup of tea.  Almond milk in tea just doesn't sound appealing. Drinking lots of peppermint instead.  Maybe I should give the almond milk a try?
