Fortunately hot weather and Veganism lend themselves well to salad tastic..
Roasted veg, buckwheat, black eyed beans, spinach, peas and a maple syrup and lime dressing. I added a swapsie from Kate. Can't remember the name of it but it defo had aubergine and garlic in it. Nice one Kate!
