Finally finished the quiche today *sniff*. Consoled myself by inventing a vegan gluten-free Millionaire's shortbread:
Base of almonds and dates, middle 'caramel' from the GFVG's banoffee recipe, and the top is raw chocolate. Think I went a bit heavy on the middle layer but overall not bad.
The middle was great, Kate. You kept a man confined to his sofa with a calf injury very happy with this sweet treat!
